Chris Brown finds himself at the center of more allegations from another baby mama.
Ex-girlfriend Diamond Brown, the mother of his 4-year-old daughter Lovely Symphani Brown, has accused the singer of making death threats against men she’s tried dating since their relationship ended.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Diamond made the allegations as part of an ongoing child support dispute, describing Brown’s alleged behavior as “extremely frightening.” She claims he becomes “extremely angry” whenever she begins dating someone else, despite Brown having a new partner himself.
“He has made death threats against my most recent boyfriend, and continued threats to not only him, but also to his twin brother. I understand that he has also had third parties make threats,” she claimed in court docs. “[He did the] same thing with another gentleman I started to see approximately two years ago after he and I broke up. … Both of these relationships broke up because of Chris’s harassment. should not be left to be scared to move on with my life because of Chris’s anger and resentment.”
Diamond added that she should not have to “be scared to move on with my life because of Chris’s anger and resentment.”
She also alleged that Brown has not seen their daughter, Lovely, in six or seven months because of his touring and other work commitments. Diamond described an incident in which Brown allegedly argued with her in front of their daughter at a birthday party, calling the behavior harmful and inappropriate.
Brown denied the claims in an Instagram post in which he claiming “I take care of all my kids!”
Diamond further accused Brown of attempting to harass her through social media. She said she has considered seeking a domestic violence restraining order but hopes he will instead agree to stop the alleged behavior.
Brown’s attorney denied the harassment accusations, saying in an email to Diamond’s lawyers that Brown “denies this” and asking for specifics about the alleged incidents.
The dispute also involves child support. Diamond said she earns roughly $1,500 a month and that Brown currently pays her rent, but she is seeking increased support. She alleges he has refused to provide financial information needed to determine an appropriate amount.
