Back in 2009, when 50 Cent was publicly feuding with Rick Ross, he released a diss record dubbed “Tia Told Me” in which he bragged about spending time with Ross’ baby mother, Tia Kemp, and “exposed” Ricky’s dirty laundry.
Fast forward 16 years, and it seems 50’s apparent friendship with Rick Ross’ baby mama has gotten a bit hostile as he takes her to court to leave his family alone.
According to TMZ Hip Hop, 50 Cent has filed a lawsuit against Tia Kemp, asking a court to order her to stop cyberstalking his 14-year-old son, Sire Jackson, claiming that Kemp has been bullying him online, calling him “slow” and saying the kid is on the “autism spectrum.”
Tia Kemp is 49 years old, by the way. We just thought we’d point that out given the situation.
50 Cent Opts For The Legal Route Instead of Trolling
While a G-Unit version of 50 Cent might’ve handled it more personally, this older, wiser Curtis Jackson is taking a more mature route and asking the law to act on his behalf. Feeling this online harassment will cause his teenage son humiliation and mental stress, 50 hopes the court will be able to get Kemp to stop the bullying before things go too far.
Per TMZ:
50 also takes issue with Tia allegedly posting a photo of Sire alongside a sexually explicit image of a woman the rapper’s filing suggests is his mother, Daphne Joy.
According to the filing, Tia allegedly targeted Sire in four separate online publications over just six days, including an October 25 interview in which she again called the teen “slow” and claimed he “can’t talk.”
50 claims his attorneys previously sent Tia a cease-and-desist letter demanding she remove the offending posts and stop publishing the material … but she allegedly fired back by posting part of the letter with the caption, “F u and ya lawyers.”
We have to wonder where things went wrong between 50 and Tia, since they seemed to be on the same page in 2009.
50 is asking for a temporary injunction to keep Tia Kemp from cyberstalking and harassing the 14-year-old before a final injunction can be made.
What do y’all think about Tia Kemp’s online actions against 50 Cent’s son? Why doesn’t she just harass 50 himself and leave the kid alone?
